Bulking and cutting cycle length
Most bodybuilding experts recommend cutting cycles of at least six weeks, though the cycle duration of a cutting stack tends to be shorter, at more like four weeks. To be effective in your program I use the exact same six-week cycle to do both a two-week cut stack and a four-week cut stack. The main difference?
